Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, power systems, power electronics, automation, or related discipline.
• At least 8 years of design experience in low-voltage distribution, power products, photovoltaic systems, or energy storage systems.
• Familiarity with single-phase, split-phase, and three-phase low-voltage distribution systems and with grid-connected, off-grid, backup-power, and automatic-transfer systems.
• Proficiency in capacity and load calculation, cable selection, short-circuit current calculation, insulation coordination, grounding, and temperature-rise design.
• Familiarity with low-voltage distribution, electrical installation, safety, and grid-connection requirements in major target markets, with end-to-end experience from design to certification and mass production.
• Proficiency with mainstream electrical design tools and ability to prepare technical documents and collaborate internationally in English.
• Experience with protection coordination, selectivity studies, and short-circuit current calculation.
• Ability to review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, installation drawings, and critical design calculations.

Responsibilities

• Design power distribution solutions for residential energy storage systems, including BMS, PCS, and customer-side distribution applications.
• Develop power distribution architectures, capacity calculations, component selection, protection coordination, cabling, and grounding designs; produce schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and specifications.
• Design customer-interface power distribution products and select and validate key components such as circuit breakers, contactors, relays, and surge protective devices.
• Develop power distribution solutions that comply with electrical codes, grid-connection requirements, and installation rules in major markets (Europe, North America).
• Collaborate with R&D, test, certification teams on system integration, prototype debugging, corrective action, and production introduction; establish modular design practices.
• Perform protection selectivity and coordination studies and short-circuit/fault-current assessments, and prepare critical design calculations.
• Participate in safety reviews and failure-mode analysis; identify risks involving miswiring, overload, short circuit, grounding, and surge events.
• Support preparation of installation manuals, wiring instructions, and field materials; help resolve certification, pilot-production, and installation issues.
