Job summary

FRANKLINWH SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a Head of Energy Storage Product Management to own global strategy and lifecycle management. You will lead the product management team, shape the residential storage portfolio, and drive expansion in commercial, industrial, and utility-scale segments.

You will define roadmaps, set requirements, and coordinate with engineering, sales, and regional teams to deliver innovative, profitable products and robust go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in energy, with storage focus and related industries.
• 8+ years in energy storage, 5+ years in engineering/technical roles, and 5+ years leading product management teams.
• Deep understanding of energy storage products and system architecture across residential, commercial, and utility-scale.
• Experience in product lifecycle management, global planning, and profitability oversight.
• Ability to translate market needs into specifications, priorities, and targets.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop global energy storage product strategy and 3–5 year roadmaps.
• Define target customers, use cases, value propositions, and cost targets.
• Plan residential, commercial, industrial, and utility-scale storage portfolios.
• Lead market requirements analysis and establish baselines and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate product development and validation with engineering, balancing trade-offs.
• Set launch criteria and commercialization plans with GTM, sales, and regional teams.
• Track market feedback, product performance, and iterate accordingly.
• Build and lead the global product management team and coordinate cross-functional support.
