FRANKLINWH SG PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced EMS lead to own the software architecture for residential solar-plus-storage systems.

You will coordinate energy-dispatch strategies, and ensure reliable interactions between local devices and cloud platforms. The role requires a strong background in EMS development for energy storage, Linux-based applications, and cross-system integration with BMS, PCS, and cloud services.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in automation, power systems, new energy, software engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of EMS development experience for energy storage systems.
• Familiarity with integrated residential solar-plus-storage systems and knowledge of energy dispatch and grid coordination strategies.
• Experience developing Linux applications using multithreading, multiprocessing, shared memory, and network communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design EMS solutions and software architecture; develop and optimize control strategies for intelligent energy dispatch and load management.
• Develop energy dispatch algorithms optimizing allocation based on PV generation, loads, and battery status.
• Complete communications integration and system commissioning between EMS, BMS, PCS, loads, and cloud platforms.
• Perform software debugging, compatibility testing, and diagnose system interactions, data discrepancies, and related issues.
• Produce EMS design documents, algorithm manuals, and development standards; establish reusable energy-management framework.
• Define EMS data models, interfaces, configuration management, and exception-recovery to keep interfaces maintainable.
• Establish simulation, test, and acceptance methods for energy strategies and validate results across scenarios.
• Analyze production and field data to identify issues and drive software fixes.
