Job summary

FranklinWH Energy Storage Inc. in Singapore seeks a Senior Director of US Product Line to own product strategy and lifecycle for residential energy storage in the US market. You will convert market, customer, and certification requirements into executable roadmaps and release plans.

Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, testing, supply chain, and marketing, driving launch readiness, performance improvements, and cost optimization to stay competitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in energy, electrical engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of energy storage product experience focused on residential applications.
• Experience launching products in North American markets is preferred.
• Knowledge of product certification, safety, and grid-connection standards.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, definition, iteration, and lifecycle management of the US residential energy storage product line.
• Develop product plans and release strategies based on market trends and technical capabilities.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and define product requirements documents.
• Coordinate R&D, testing, supply chain, and marketing through design, launch, and post-launch iteration.
• Lead reviews, define features, and pursue cost optimization for competitiveness and stability.
• Collect feedback and drive continuous product improvement and upgrades.
• Establish baselines, release plans, and change controls with traceability.
• Monitor US market policy, certification requirements, and update product plans accordingly.
