You will manage testing, troubleshooting, and documentation, build disaster recovery processes, and mentor junior staff while thriving in a hybrid, 24x7 global operations setting, including shift work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in network operations with strong L1/L2 support.
• Proficient in BGP/EIGRP/OSPF and OSI troubleshooting.
• Familiar with enterprise vendors such as Cisco/Arista/Aruba/Fortinet/CheckPoint/Palo Alto.
• Ability to coach, multitask and stay calm during high-severity incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives and provide advanced operational support for Mastercard's network.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and documentation for moderate complexity.
• Coordinate changes in the operations environment and assign tasks.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure disaster recovery and reliable services.
• Drive reliability and velocity through automation and scalable design.
• Define and review service level objectives with customers and teams.
• Mentor junior staff and train the team to grow capabilities.
