Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Network Monitoring: Eyes on glass monitoring of network performance and system alerts.
• Incident Response: Lead the incident response team to address outages and incidents.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex network issues; test new tech with ops.
• System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance checks on network hardware and software.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze metrics and implement reliability improvements.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of configurations and incidents.
• Coordination: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure cohesive operations.
• Training: Guide and train junior engineers on best practices.
• Compliance: Ensure operations meet policies and regulatory requirements.
