Qualifications

• 5+ years in network operations.
• Proficient in BGP/EIGRP/OSPF and OSI troubleshooting.
• Operational familiarity with enterprise vendors (Cisco/Arista/Aruba/Fortinet/CheckPoint/Palo Alto).
• Strong coaching, multitasking and calm execution during high-severity incidents.
• Hybrid working environment with 24x7 global network operations and shift-based hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives and provide advanced technical support for Mastercard’s operations environment.
• Perform moderately complex testing, troubleshooting and documentation.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure disaster recovery processes and reliable operations.
• Coordinate project efforts and guide team assignments within the operations environment.
• Scale systems through automation and improve reliability and velocity.
• Define, manage, and review service level objectives with customers and service delivery teams.
• Mentor junior staff and provide training to develop technical skills.
