Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead incident response to address outages or disruptions and own problem tickets.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex network issues with analytical rigor.
Perform regular maintenance checks on network hardware and software.
Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements for reliability.
Maintain detailed records of configurations, incidents and reports.
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders for cohesive operations.
Provide guidance and training on best practices and procedures.
