Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process monthly payroll for employees and workers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
• Consolidate and verify attendance records, overtime claims, allowances, deductions, and other payroll‑related data from HR and operational teams.
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and within established timelines.
• Prepare and distribute payslips, payroll reports, and management summaries.
• Handle statutory submissions and payments, including CPF contributions, IRAS reporting, and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records and employee information.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, responding promptly to payroll‑related enquiries.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure payroll data accuracy and timely processing.
• Support annual audits, payroll reconciliations, and internal compliance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to payroll governance, data confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, preferably within the construction, engineering, or contracting industry.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations, including CPF, IRAS, and MOM requirements.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight payroll deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems; experience with HRiQ will be an advantage.
