Job summary

OCBC Singapore is seeking an experienced transformation leader to modernize Group Payment Operations through platform solutions, automation, and technology initiatives. You will design and optimize payment platforms, drive data-driven insights, and coordinate with Operations, Technology, Product, Risk and Compliance to deliver strategic modernization programs across the payments ecosystem.

You will shape the future-state operating model, ensuring regulatory alignment and scalable processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in payment operations or related banking functions.
• Strong understanding of payment operations, processing platforms and automation technologies.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, governance, and transformation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform modernization and process automation within payment operations.
• Define target-state operating model aligning process, people, technology and governance.
• Partner with Technology, Product, Architecture and Operations to deliver scalable platform solutions.
• Drive implementation of modern payment processing platforms and intelligent automation capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end transformation programs within scope, timeline, and budget.
