Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore seeks a senior leader to drive the transformation of Group Payment Operations into a client-focused, service-driven organization. Based in Tampines, you will champion a culture of service excellence and collaborate with stakeholders across markets.

You will lead a regional service model, define service principles, monitor performance, and ensure compliant, timely payment services across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in payment operations or banking functions.
• Proven ability to lead service transformation and change management.
• Strong leadership to inspire teams and drive excellence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of Group Payment Operations into a client-focused service organization.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align service delivery with business objectives.
• Champion continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, quality, and risk mitigation.
• Drive standardization and optimization of operating procedures.
• Build a regional service model with consistent standards and ownership.
• Define service principles, performance expectations, and feedback loops.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payment services in line with SLAs.
• Monitor service performance metrics and client feedback to drive improvements.
• Communicate with senior leadership on performance and transformation progress.
• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
