Singapore General Hospital, Department of Patient Liaison Service, seeks a Senior Patient Service Associate Executive / Patient Service Associate Executive to deliver high-level service to patients seeking treatment in SGH.

You will handle enquiries via PLS and GP Network, confirm appointments by SMS and email, coordinate referrals with SGH and SingHealth institutions, update provider contacts, support department events, and prepare daily/monthly reports.

Competenze

Diploma with at least 3 years in healthcare/hospitality
GCE N/O/A Level with at least 5 years in healthcare/hospitality
Strong interpersonal and ability to work independently
Foreign language skills preferred for foreign patients/NOKs

Mansioni

Provide seamless care coordination and respond to enquiries via email/phone
Provide prompt appointment confirmations to patients via SMS/email
Liaise with patients and next-of-kin to facilitate referrals to SGH and SingHealth
Update contacts and information of service providers and partners
Manage administrative duties and logistics for department events
Track statistics and prepare daily and monthly reports
Maximise resource utilisation including office supplies
Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor
