Job summary

SingHealth Polyclinics in Singapore seeks a Senior Patient Service Associate to support the smooth operation of clinic services through backend administrative functions, including appointment scheduling, patient follow-up, SOC referral coordination and data collation.

The candidate should have a minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent, strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer literacy, and a customer-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn clinic and healthcare systems.
• Customer-oriented with a positive, professional, and service-focused attitude.
• Able to work half-day on Saturdays.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior healthcare or customer service experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate referrals to Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOC) and other healthcare services as required.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and patient care arrangements in a timely manner.
• Monitor referral status and ensure appropriate documentation and follow-up actions are completed.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage appointment scheduling activities.
• Perform data collation, reporting, and maintenance of accurate records.
• Provide cross-coverage and operational support for team members when required.
