Job summary

Singapore General Hospital is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager in the Partners’ Engagement team to develop new partnerships and build strong working relationships with GPs, insurers, and internal stakeholders.

You will plan outreach events, engage participants, coordinate with hospital departments to share services, handle partner feedback, and drive growth in mindshare and market share.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree with at least 3 years of experience in hospitality or related industry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Good analytical, organisational and communication skills with the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Develop new partnerships and build strong working relationships with GP, Insurance, and internal stakeholders.
• Plan outreach events and coordinate with internal departments to update stakeholders on services and initiatives.
• Engage participants and gather feedback to improve hospital services.
• Ensure seamless referral processes and collaborate with partners to grow mindshare and market share.
• Handle projects and tasks assigned by supervisor/management.
