Job summary

National University Hospital invites a detail-oriented coordinator to join the Patient Liaison Centre in Singapore. You will ensure timely and appropriate resolution of patient enquiries and requests while upholding service standards across the hospital.

You will liaise with external parties and internal departments for safe referrals to NUH outpatient services, and perform general administrative duties at PLC, requiring a diploma and strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma Holder.
• Preferrably with 1 year of working experience.
• With pleasant and cheerful personality.
• Good problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous and possess good organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player.
• Proficient in computer skills and comfortable with applications / technology.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and appropriate resolution of enquiries and requests that come through the Patient Liaison Centre (PLC).
• Liase with external parties and internal departments for safe and appropriate referral of patient to NUH for outpatient appointment as per the hospital's protocols and procedures.
• Carry out any other administrative duties required at PLC.
