SingHealth Polyclinics is seeking a dedicated Senior Patient Service Associate to join our backend team. You will support day-to-day operations, deliver efficient, compassionate, and patient-centered care, and be a key contact for patients.

You will coordinate patient registration, appointments, billing inquiries, referrals, and coordination of care, while supporting doctors, nurses, and the pharmacy to ensure a seamless, positive healthcare experience.

• Referrals & Coordination: Facilitate referrals, follow-up arrangements, and timely patient care coordination.
• Service Excellence: Manage patient feedback, support service recovery efforts, uphold service standards.

As a key point of contact for patients, you will contribute to creating a seamless, positive, and supportive healthcare experience through effective coordination, communication, and administrative support.

Requirements

• Able to work half-day on Saturdays.
