Job summary

A leading offshore engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Lead/Senior Package & Static Engineer. This role requires at least 10 years of experience in offshore or onshore oil and gas projects, including FPSO EPCI projects. Candidates will lead engineering initiatives, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential. The position involves participation in all engineering phases, from design to implementation, and may require travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in the offshore or onshore oil and gas industry.
• At least 5 - 7 years of experience at a top-tier FPSO contractor.
• Experience in FPSO EPCI Projects from engineering to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engineering projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Prepare and check engineering deliverables like specifications and datasheets.
• Review vendor proposals and prepare technical clarifications.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
