RICHWELL GLOBAL FORWARDING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations specialist to coordinate international shipments and lead a small team in Singapore.

You will manage shipment progress, ensure compliance with Singapore regulations, and drive accurate data entry in the in-house system. Responsibilities include coordinating with overseas offices, keeping customers informed, and mentoring a team of 6–8 juniors, while maintaining high service levels and efficiency in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an International Freight Forwarding Company.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures for air and sea freight.
• Knowledge of Tradenet and Sysfreight is an added advantage.
• Pro-active with leadership and team-motivation abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and solve problems.
• Strong written and spoken English; independent worker who can guide juniors.
• Able to lead a team of 6–8 juniors.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate all shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors
• To keep customers and all parties promptly informed on shipment progress (collection, shipping date, arrival date, etc.)
• Process and prepare shipments within the system and ensure declared permits comply with Singapore Customs regulations
• Familiar with regulations for various Singapore Authorities (eg: SFA, NParks, HSA, NEA etc)
• Data entry of shipment details, invoices, etc. into the in-house operations system
• Other related operational duties as required
• Report to Operations Manager

Requirements:

• Must hold at least a Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related field
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of working experience in an International Freight Forwarding Company
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledgeable in Import and Export procedures for Air & Sea freight
• Knowledge of Tradenet and Sysfreight is an added advantage
