Job summary

Richwell Global Forwarding Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive team member to manage shipment documentation, plan collections and deliveries, and ensure timely processing within a fast-paced environment in Singapore.

You will build customer relationships, monitor shipment status, and assist with customer requests while supporting month-end closings and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in freight forwarding is required.
• Diploma or ITE in Logistics / Operations Management preferred.
• Proficient in English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle documentation for shipments and plan collections/deliveries to meet cut-off times.
• Prepare and process shipments and follow up on shipment status with customers.
• Maintain regular contact to understand and forecast customer requirements.
• Close job files promptly to meet month-end accounts closing and KPIs.

Job Scope

• Ability to handle documentation for all shipments and plan for collection/delivery in order to meet cut-off timing.
• Preparing and processing of shipments
• Follow-up with customers on shipment status, building good customer relationship and assist on customers’ request.
• Maintain regular contact/rapport in understanding and forecasting customer's requirements.
• Responsible to close all job files promptly to meet month end closing of accounts.
• Ability to ensure that KPIs are met.
• Knowledge of Sysfreight will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in freight forwarding companies
• Recognized Diploma / ITE preferably in Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations Management
• Good working knowledge for MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn and inquisitive by nature.
• Proficient in English, knowledge of different languages would be an advantage to communicate more fluently.
• Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, meticulous, and possess good organizational skills.
• Able to commit for overtime when required
