Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or CRM.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, analytical and good in problem-solving; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support customer operations and relationship management for an automotive MNC's regional parts centre, within the logistics / supply chain function.
• Maintain customer records, agreements, contact database and related account information.
• Handle customer enquiries, requests and escalations by coordinating with internal teams.
• Support pricing, returns, buyback requests and other customer-related processes.
• Prepare KPI, revenue, market and performance reports for management review.
• Analyse data and highlight trends, service gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support customer engagement activities such as business reviews, workshops and visits.
• Review work instructions, process documents and assist in process improvement initiatives.
