Job summary

People Profilers Pte. Ltd. is seeking a logistics and customer relationship professional to support regional operations for a leading automotive MNC. You will manage customer records, coordinate with internal teams on inquiries, price adjustments and service requests.

The role involves preparing performance reports, analyzing data to identify trends and gaps, and supporting engagement activities such as reviews, workshops, and visits. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service or customer relationship management.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, analytical and good in problem-solving; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support customer operations and relationship management for an automotive MNC’s regional parts centre, within the logistics / supply chain function.
• Maintain customer records, agreements, contact database and related account information.
• Handle customer enquiries, requests and escalations by coordinating with internal teams.
• Support pricing, returns, buyback requests and other customer-related processes.
• Prepare KPI, revenue, market and performance reports for management review.
• Analyse data and highlight trends, service gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support customer engagement activities such as business reviews, workshops and visits.
• Review work instructions, process documents and assist in process improvement initiatives.
