Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Operations Executive to manage parts receiving and data accuracy for all inbound shipments in the West region.

This role communicates with stakeholders to ensure correct part numbers and quantities, while handling inbound/outbound claims from 3PL and dealers. The position requires a diploma or degree in business with 0–2 years’ experience, and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Team player with positive attitude and strong customer orientation.

Responsibilities

• Process parts receiving for all incoming shipments timing
• Ensure all receiving data is accurate for all receiving (part number, qty & cost)
• Process inbound parts claims raised by 3PL warehouse
• Process outbound parts claims raised by dealers
• Process parts bulletin scrap requests from HCM
• Issue purchase order to 3PL warehouse for rework costs related to claims
