Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline.
5–7 years of relevant experience in customer service, supply chain and logistics operations.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end customer orders, from order processing to delivery and completion.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfilment.
Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment planning.
Coordinate warehouse activities, stock reconciliation and inventory accuracy.
Monitor slow-moving, excess and damaged inventory and follow up on necessary actions.
Coordinate with logistics partners on shipments, transportation and delivery arrangements.
Monitor delivery performance and resolve operational issues when required.
Verify logistics-related charges and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.
Support process improvements and cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Ad hoc duties or projects as assigned.
