Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring a Customer Account Specialist in our Singapore office, reporting to the Senior Worldwide Customer Service Manager. You will support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Key duties include coordinating with regional sales, managing quotes and orders, updating forecasts with demand planning, and handling RMAs and shipments.

Qualifications

• Customer service-oriented ability, able to work well in a team and be a good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiar with Oracle; tasks require order entry using Oracle; proficiency in CRM software and other related systems.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to solve problems and meet customer requests promptly.
• Support the Sales team by fielding customer requests and coordinating with departments to address concerns.
• Assist the sales team by following up with quotes, processing orders, and managing customer accounts.
• Coordinate with demand planning to update forecasts and communicate with customers.
• Interface with customers, distributors, and third parties to handle customer service functions.
• Oversee full lifecycle of orders including expedite requests, escalations, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate returns merchandise authorizations (RMA) with customers, quality, sales and logistics.
