Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. seeks a logistics-support professional to manage customer operations and relationships for a regional automotive parts centre.

You will maintain records, coordinate with internal teams for inquiries, and support pricing, returns and buyback requests while preparing management KPI and performance reports. Ideal candidates have a degree in business or SCM and at least 3 years in logistics or CRM, with strong communication and analytical skills and proficiency in Excel,

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or CRM.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, analytical and good in problem-solving; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.

Responsibilities
