Job summary

Suntec Real Estate Services Management PTE. LTD. is responsible for the daily operations of Suntec Office Towers, handling occupant relations, and ensuring safety and compliance across building services. The role requires the ability to manage contractors and renew licenses effectively.

The ideal candidate has a Higher Nitec in Facility Management or Building Engineering, some experience, and strong PC and English skills to support seamless asset operations.

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec in Facility Management, Building Engineering or related discipline.
• 1 year of working experience preferred.
• Conversant in Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act is a plus.
• Demonstrates drive, initiative and problem-solving skills.
• PC literacy in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers in daily operations for Suntec Office Towers.
• Attend to occupants' feedback and manage relations.
• Investigate issues and apply effective defect rectification methods.
• Oversee fitting-out works ensuring rules, authorities' requirements and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with contractors/vendors to ensure timely completion and KPI adherence.
• Ensure renewal of term contracts and statutory licenses is completed on time.
• Raise POs and certify job completion by contractors/vendors.
• Manage and update online systems including occupant portal, digital directory, access control and online PTW.
