Job summary

Suntec Real Estate Services Management in Singapore seeks a Centre Manager to oversee our office asset portfolio and lead the Office Tower Operations Team.

The role requires MCST know-how, BMSMA compliance, budget management, and a track record of facilities and safety excellence to optimise asset performance. You will coordinate with tenants and vendors to drive operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction across our landmark properties.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Facilities, Estate Management, M&E or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building management.
• Experienced with MCST buildings and familiar with BMSMA.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulate daily operations and maintenance strategy of the office towers.
• Lead office team in daily and cyclical maintenance to ensure safe, conducive environments.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Manage MCST governance, liaise with stakeholders, and oversee tenancy matters.
