ERIC ONG & ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Facilities/Building Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a building or condominium, ensure contract compliance, and supervise testing for certificates and licences.

The role requires coordinating with technicians, handling resident inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks for the condominium management. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant experience, a Higher NITEC or Diploma in Facility/Real Estate Management, and a mature,

Qualifications

2 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
Knowledge of Building Strata Management Act will be an added advantage.
Demonstrated oral and written communications skills.
Mature and outgoing personality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Day to day operations of Building / Condominium.
Ensure all contract work / routine service are carried out according to contract agreement.
Supervise project work in common area and schedule testing for certificates & licence renewal with technicians.
Manage and maintain all upkeeping activities of the site / estate.
Receive and attend complaints by residents and owners on the common property.
Prepare for council meetings and general meetings including management reports and follow up on instructions.
Assist Condominium Manager in Administrative work including changes of mandate and reviewing contracts/insurances before expiry.
