Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced facilities manager to oversee the daily operations of a commercial office building in Singapore. You will ensure upkeep, safety, and compliance while coordinating with contractors and service providers.

Responsibilities include managing security, cleaning, waste, carpark, and fire safety, plus budgeting, procurement, and tenant relations. You will work proactively and collaboratively to keep the building in excellent condition.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building Management or Facilities Management.
• At least 3 years of relevant building/facilities management experience in commercial office buildings.
• Strong understanding of building operations, fire safety, and contractor management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Proactive and organized team player who can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and upkeep of a commercial office building.
• Manage building services including security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, carpark, access systems, common facilities, fire safety.
• Coordinate with term contractors, M&E teams and service providers for maintenance and projects.
• Support budgeting, procurement and contract administration, including obtaining quotations and maintaining records.
• Maintain relationships with tenants and stakeholders, respond to feedback and operational issues, liaise with authorities, and participate in emergency response and fire safety activities.
