About the Role

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will be instrumental in supporting strategic initiatives that drive the growth and operational efficiency of our International Business unit. Job Description:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve realisable export targets and expand our international customer base
  • Conduct, identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with global partners, clients, and internal stakeholders to maximize business opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Track and analyses the performance of marketing campaigns using various metrics and tools, then report on results
  • Organize and participate in events, such as exhibitions and conferences, to promote the brand
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development, to drive business growth and innovation
  • Manage applications and approvals on Export related subjects.
Job Requirements:
  • Preferably Degrees in engineering, business or a related field (Defence)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or business development
  • Exceptional communication, written and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Willingness to travel and attend events as required
