Job summary

A leading marine engineering company in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to lead marine engineering projects. Responsibilities include mentoring engineering personnel, preparing technical proposals, and managing tendering processes in the Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy sectors. Ideal candidates will have over 15 years of marine operations experience and strong stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of international engineering standards is essential, alongside proficiency in MS Excel. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Above 15 years of marine operations and offshore engineering experience in Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Transportation & Installation, Loadout, and Construction support.
• Strong understanding of international codes and standards like DNV-ST-N001, ABS, AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor marine engineers and field engineers in executing tasks.
• Supervise designer/draughtsman on required technical drawings.
• Prepare detailed technical method statements and drawings.
• Evaluate subcontractor technical solutions for alignment with project requirements.
