Senior Manager/ Manager, Property Operations

Job Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the team and responsible for the performance of the team and delivery of KPIs.
• Responsible for Property Operations of SG REIT strata areas of the mall.
• Manage Facilities management.
• Involve in project management for special projects including feasibility & reconfiguration study.
• Support project management such as M&E Systems upgrading / replacement works.
• Managing Fire Safety aspect of property and the entire outsourced security and cleaners team operations.
• Provide operational budget and/or capital expenditure costing for SG REIT and MCST 1471.
• Close liaison with MCST 2929 on property and facilities management with regard to SG REIT strata areas.
• Handles operational efficiency in planning and / or execution of preventive, corrective programs and reactive maintenance including first responder in emergency situations.
• Overseeing security, fire safety and operational house rule of Wisma Atria.

Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), Building or Facilities Management or equivalent.
• At least 15 years of relevant hands‑on experiences in maintaining M&E building systems and experience in property management functions of a mixed development.
• Knowledge of BCA Green Mark requirements.
• Possess sound knowledge in tenant management, building maintenance, technical services and / or construction work.
• Equipped with strong leadership and project management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Willingness to be hands‑on when situations require and work with the team to resolve issues.
• Certification as a Fire Safety Manager will be an added advantage.
• Resourceful and strong problem solving skills.
• Pro‑active and constantly desire to acquire new knowledge.
• Ability to multi‑tasks, work independently in a fast pace environment.
• Candidates who are certified Green Mark Manager will have an added advantage.
