A civic engagement organisation in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager for Impact & Development to lead corporate volunteering initiatives and strengthen partnerships. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years in relevant experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to foster relationships effectively. This role will focus on strategic design, implementation of key programmes, and directing stakeholder engagements. This role sits within the Impact & Development team of NVPC's Corporate and Industry Partnerships (CIP) department, which drives the Company of Good initiative — a national effort to guide and recognise companies in Singapore that integrate purpose and social impact into their core business strategies.
With a growing community of over 3,000 organisations, we support businesses translate purpose into action across five key impact areas: People, Society, Governance, Environment, and Economic. NVPC's CIP department plays a pivotal role in catalysing meaningful partnerships between companies and the community to build a stronger, more inclusive Singapore.

The role of Senior Manager, Impact & Development will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of strategic initiatives that lean towards corporate volunteering and capability building, while also guiding and supporting teammates to ensure cohesion and impact across the department's work.
The candidate will also contribute to shaping team direction, mentoring colleagues, and stewarding partnerships that drive collective impact — all in alignment with NVPC's purpose of Nurturing the Heart of Singapore.
