Job summary

RTX Singapore is seeking a dedicated People Services professional to advocate and deliver the HR services strategy. You will help transfer and stabilize HR services, standardize processes and create documentation while ensuring compliant service delivery across HR inquiry handling, lifecycle events, and records management.

You will collaborate with COEs, vendors and BU HR partners to accelerate issue resolution, develop launch communications, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience delivering HR services and policy documentation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for People Services and support delivery of HR services strategy.
• Transfer, stabilize and manage HR services from BU HR to People Services; scope workload and document processes.
• Ensure compliant service delivery across HR inquiries, employee lifecycle, records and compliance.
• Develop and lead launch communications to promote the service across business units.
• Maintain relationships with customers, COEs, vendors, and BU HR partners to drive query resolution.
• Review and update HR policies and assist in creating new procedures for HR services.
• Manage escalation point for queries and issues from team members and customers.
• Create knowledge articles for internal knowledge base and use case management system to meet SLAs.
• Prepare ongoing HR services reports to monitor policies and programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key member of the People Services team, being an advocate for the service and supporting the successful delivery of the wider People Services strategy.

• Support the transfer, stabilization and management of HR services from BU HR to People Services, including scoping and sizing workload, process optimization, standardization, creation of process documentation, knowledge transfer and managing day-to-day activities.

• Ensuring efficient and compliant service delivery across HR inquiry resolution, employee lifecycle transactions, employment requirements, HR records management and HR compliance activities.

• Develop and lead launch communications, ensuring the service is effectively promoted and utilized by all business units.

• Foster, develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships with customers, COEs, key vendors, and BU HR partners to expedite effective query resolution and accelerate utilization.

• Review and update existing HR policies/procedures and assist in producing new policies/ procedures in relation to HR services.

• Manage escalation point for queries from team members and issues raised by customers.

• Identify, recommend and create content or knowledge articles to be added to the internal knowledge base.

• Utilize our case management system to achieve required service level agreement metrics and overall client satisfaction.

• Conduct analysis and prepare ongoing HR services reports to effectively administer policies and programs

• Understand and be compliant with the corporate data protection and confidentiality policies.

• Actively engage in CORE and support continuous improvement opportunities.

• Perform any other duties deemed reasonable and necessary by the business.
