Stafflink Services Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment and the employee lifecycle. You will handle onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions and maintain accurate HR records in the HRMS while supporting payroll and statutory submissions.
The role covers performance, training and engagement initiatives, plus ensuring compliance with MOM, CPF, IRAS, PDPA, and ISO audit requirements. Singapore-based and Monday–Friday work week.
(Candidates with stronger full-spectrum HR experience may be considered for a Senior Executive title).
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Employee Lifecycle
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer administration.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and timelines.
Drive a smooth onboarding and offboarding process, including orientation, probation reviews, and exit interviews.
Manage employee movements, including transfers, promotions, and resignations.
HR Operations, HRMS & Payroll Support
Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files in the HR Management System (HRMS).
Prepare employment-related letters (appointments, confirmations, salary adjustments).
Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with MOM regulations.
Support the preparation and verification of monthly payroll, benefits administration, and statutory submissions (CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS claims).
Assist in annual salary reviews, variable bonus exercises, and medical claims administration.
Performance, Training & Engagement
Coordinate performance review exercises (probation, mid-year, and annual).
Manage employee training requests, maintain competency records, and administer government training grants.
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement, wellness, and organizational culture initiatives.
HR Compliance & Audit Support
Ensure all HR activities comply with Singapore employment legislation (MOM, CPF, IRAS, PDPA).
Maintain complete HR documentation for internal controls and statutory compliance.
Support HR-related requirements for the company’s ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 audits.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
3 to 5 years of relevant HR generalist experience.
Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR statutory requirements.
Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations. Basic knowledge of payroll is highly preferred.
Familiarity with HR Management Systems (experience with Prosoft HRMS is an added advantage).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels.
Meticulous, highly organized, and capable of handling sensitive/confidential information with discretion.
