The successful candidate will consolidate group financials monthly, maintain our SAP Financial Consolidation System and Group Chart of Accounts, and prepare year-end statutory reports and audit materials. The role involves coordinating month-end closing activities with institutions, resolving intercompany issues, advising on accounting matters, and preparing comprehensive monthly financial reports.
As system administrator for our BAM (Billing and Allocation) System, the candidate will maintain master data, support system migration to S/4HANA RISE through user acceptance testing, and collaborate with stakeholders including Synapxe and vendors to deliver system enhancements that meet operational requirements.
The candidate will review and update accounting policies to ensure compliance with current standards and regulatory requirements, coordinate with departments on policy changes, and monitor compliance reporting. Additionally, the candidate will participate in the S/4HANA FIMM project implementation and provide support for requirement gathering and testing. The role also involves continuous improvement of processes and internal controls, policy reviews, and supporting various projects as assigned to enhance operational efficiency across the healthcare group.
