Job description
What you will be working on:

As a member of the Legal Knowledge and Development unit, you will partner the legal divisions to curate legal contents and translate them into learning materials and e-learning courseware.

  1. Learning Needs Analysis: Engage stakeholders from the legal divisions to understand desired learning outcomes and business objectives.
  2. Instructional Design and e‑Learning Development: Design and develop interactive, industry‑compliant e‑learning courseware (e.g. SCORM) using authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline and imc Learning Suite to enhance organisational e‑learning capabilities.
  3. Courseware Implementation: Work with third‑party vendors in e‑learning course development. Participate in all programme design activities, review vendor‑created documentation and programmes and partner with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure contents and technical accuracy and alignment. Upload, test, and manage content in learning management systems (LMS).
  4. Courseware Review and Maintenance: Review existing e‑learning materials for relevancy and recency, work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to refresh contents.
  5. Project and Stakeholder Management: Oversee and coordinate collaborative projects with both internal and external SMEs and vendors to facilitate delivery of learning initiatives.
  6. Mentorship and Capability Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to executives in implementing new learning technologies, fostering continuous professional growth and digital learning competency.
What we are looking for:
  • Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in e‑learning instructional design and a good understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM. Prior training / academy experience in the legal industry is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills; strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills; good organisational and project management skills is a must.
  • An eye for details and a good aesthetic sense.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office suite and good working knowledge of Adobe Articulate Storyline, imc Learning Suite and SCORM.
  • Background in legal knowledge is an advantage.
