Your Role

We are seeking a bold, visionary leader to drive large-scale enterprise data and AI transformations across Southeast Asia. As a Senior Manager, you will shape the future of data-driven enterprises by leading with creativity, purpose, and commercial acumen. You’ll architect transformative journeys for our clients—grounded in deep business understanding and powered by purposeful technology.

In this role, you’ll focus on driving growth, leading complex, high-impact engagements, and orchestrating end-to-end transformation initiatives across data, AI, and business innovation.

Business Growth & Client Leadership

• Own and grow a multi-million-dollar consulting portfolio across Southeast Asia.
• Lead the shaping and selling of strategic data and AI transformation deals—working closely with CxOs and client sponsors.
• Translate client ambitions into compelling value propositions underpinned by scalable data platforms and AI-powered operating models.

Transformation Leadership

• Architect and lead large-scale digital and AI transformation programmes that align data, AI, and business reinvention.
• Guide clients in designing data‑driven organisations, embedding AI capabilities into their core, and unlocking new sources of value.
• Connect strategy to execution—mobilising cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful, agile outcomes.

Market & Proposition Development

• Develop go‑to‑market strategies, campaign content, and IP for offerings around AI operating models, GenAI‑enabled transformation, and data strategy.
• Represent the firm in industry forums and client events, becoming a thought leader in AI‑driven transformation.

People & Capability Building

• Build and mentor high‑performing, diverse consulting teams with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Create a culture of continuous learning and innovation, ensuring we remain ahead of market trends.

Your Profile

• Proven track record in consulting, with 12+ years of experience in AI‑enabled innovation, enterprise transformation, or data strategy.
• Commercial leadership: Success in shaping, selling, and delivering large‑scale consulting deals (USD multi‑million), with clear value delivered to clients.
• CXO engagement: Deep experience engaging senior stakeholders across industries, with strong storytelling, influence, and negotiation skills.
• Transformation expertise: Comfort navigating across strategy, design, and delivery— with the ability to simplify complexity and drive business outcomes.
• Innovation mindset: Passion for applying emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, data platforms) to solve business problems creatively.

It would be a bonus if you have:

• Familiarity with AI platforms and enterprise data ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric).
• Exposure to regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, public sector).
• Regional experience across Southeast Asia markets.
