Ministry of Defence of Singapore invites applications to support the Head Logistics in managing infrastructure and finance matters for the SAF Medical Training Institute (SMTI). You will prepare the Training Institute for annual audits, coordinate maintenance with Integrated Facilities Management, and process end-to-end finance transactions to ensure prudent usage in line with guidelines.

• Education preference for Facilities Management, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in facilities and infrastructure management or finance operations.
• Ability to ensure timely processing of transactions and maintain financial compliance.
• Organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple ongoing processes concurrently.
• Strong system discipline in the fulfilment of routine procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare the Training Institute (TI) for annual infrastructure and logistics audits and execute remedial actions following audit findings
• Maintain all infrastructure through regular inspections and liaise with Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) for maintenance as required
• Process all end-to-end finance transactions such as track purchase requests, orders, and goods received to ensure prudent usage aligned to existing guidelines
• Guide personnel on finance processes and address queries on finance-related matters
• Manage the maintenance of outfield-based or special-to-type training areas and facilities
