Job summary

MINDEF in Singapore seeks a candidate to oversee logistics, infrastructure and resource management to support day-to-day operations. You will coordinate assets, facilities and maintenance, ensuring accountability and serviceability while aligning with organisational standards.

The role involves managing events, audits and multi-stakeholder coordination. Appointment will be commensurate with experience, and shortlisted candidates will be notified accordingly.

Qualifications

• Education in any field.
• Prior experience in logistics work or finance is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability in resource and asset management (Applicants with no experience may apply.)

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics and administrative support for organisation operations and events.
• Manage organisational resources, assets, equipment and facilities to ensure accountability and serviceability.
• Coordinate infrastructure, maintenance and facilities requirements with relevant stakeholders.
• Lead internal audits and reviews to ensure proper management and accountability of resources.
• Manage shared and common facilities and resources to support smooth day-to-day operations.
