Job summary

Strong REIT Organization is seeking a skilled Leasing/Property Manager to maximise retail rental and occupancy. You will handle new and existing tenancies, conduct market benchmarking, and prepare occupancy and rental reports while supporting budgeting processes.

The role requires aBachelor of Science in Real Estate or related field with 3 years’ leasing experience, strong negotiation, analytical and presentation skills, and excellent interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support tenancy-related matters and lease management functions including budgeting.

Job Description

• Formulate strategies to maximise rental and occupancy ratio of Retail portfolio.
• Manage new and existing tenancies.
• Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
• Managing tenancy related issues, compiling occupancy and rental reports and other related lease management functions including but not limited to budgeting.
• Carrying out substantive business development work to secure new tenancies prospects; identify market segments and provide lease management support.
• Support Manager in preparing annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, Marketing.
• 3 years of relevant experience in Retail leasing.
• Good understanding and conversant with leasing processes, workflows, operations and tenancy related matters.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills.
• Extensive retailers network
• Great negotiation skills, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Must possess EAA or RES certificate
