Job summary

WiseNet Asia Pte Ltd, a well-established regional real estate developer, is seeking a seasoned Leasing Manager to maximise mall occupancy and revenue. You will conduct market research, identify new market segments, attract quality tenants, negotiate leases, and maintain landlord-tenant relationships.

The role requires a degree in Real Estate or related field, with at least five years in retail leasing, and strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Degree in Real Estate/Building Management/Marketing or related discipline.
• At least 5 years experience in leasing in retail real estate.
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of tenancy agreements.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies to maximise rental and occupancy and optimise tenancy mix.

• Plan and maintain landlord-tenant relationships.
• Oversee productivity and budgetary performance of leasing.

Responsibilities

• Support in formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy, as well as to optimise the tenancy mix of the mall.
• Perform market research and analysis to identify, prospect and secure new market segments.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract the right tenants to the property.
• Negotiate leases and attend to tenancy-related matters.
• Plan, establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.
• Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing department.
• Responsible for all aspects of lease management.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate/Building Management/Marketing or related discipline, with at least 5 years experience in the leasing function in a retail real estate industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and have working knowledge of the tenancy agreement process and documentation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Well organized, meticulous and highly numerate.
• Highly motivated, resourceful, positive and proactive, and with these traits, thrive on challenges and time pressures.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment.
