Overview

Our client is in the property real estate sector, headquartered in Singapore and has a strong presence globally. They are looking to fill the role of Leasing Manager to maximise the occupancy ratio for the Retail portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategies to maximise rental and occupancy ratio of Retail portfolio.
• Manage new and existing tenancies.
• Conduct market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
• Manage tenancy related issues, compile occupancy and rental reports and other related lease management functions including but not limited to budgeting.
• Carry out substantive business development work to secure new tenancy prospects; identify market segments and provide lease management support.
• Support Manager in preparing annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business or Marketing.
• 5 years of relevant experience in Retail leasing.
• Good understanding of leasing processes, workflows, operations and tenancy related matters.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Extensive retailer network.
• Must possess EAA or RES certificate.
