Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD is seeking a Retail Leasing Manager in Singapore to optimise occupancy and rental income across a retail portfolio. You will develop leasing strategies, secure tenants and manage renewals, while analysing market trends to support decisions.

The role requires at least 5 years of retail leasing experience in malls or landlord/REIT environments, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. EAA/RES certification may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant retail leasing experience, preferably in malls or landlord/REIT environments.
• Understanding of retail leasing, tenancy management, negotiations and market practices.
• Established relationships with retailers and ability to source/secure tenants.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximise rental income and occupancy across the retail portfolio.
• Manage new and existing tenancies, including lease negotiations, renewals and tenancy-related matters.
• Identify and secure new tenants through business development, market research and retailer networking.
• Analyse market trends, rental benchmarks and occupancy costs to support leasing decisions.
• Monitor occupancy rates, rental performance and tenancy matters, preparing regular reports for management.
• Assist in preparing annual rental budgets, rental forecasts and monthly management reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve tenant mix and portfolio performance in line with business objectives.

Our client is an established real estate organisation headquartered in Singapore, with a strong global presence. They are seeking a Retail Leasing Manager to optimise occupancy and rental income across their retail portfolio.

You will be responsible for developing leasing strategies, securing new tenants, managing existing tenancies and identifying market opportunities to strengthen the portfolio's performance.

• EAA/RES certification, if applicable to the role's regulatory requirements.
