ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD is recruiting for a Retail Leasing Manager to optimise occupancy and rental income across a Singapore retail portfolio. You will develop leasing strategies, secure tenants and manage renewals.

You will analyse market trends, prepare reports, and contribute to annual budgets. The role requires a degree in Real Estate or related field and at least 5 years in retail leasing within malls or REITs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant retail leasing experience, preferably in shopping malls or a landlord/REIT environment.
• Good understanding of retail leasing processes, lease negotiations, tenancy management and market practices.
• Established relationships with retailers and a proven ability to source and secure tenants.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills and negotiation capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• EAA/RES certification, if applicable to the role's regulatory requirements.

You will be responsible for developing leasing strategies, securing new tenants, managing existing tenancies and identifying market opportunities to strengthen the portfolio's performance.
