Perennial (Singapore) Retail Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Leasing Manager to support strategy formulation, maximise mall occupancy and optimise tenancy mix.

You will conduct market analysis to identify new segments and develop marketing initiatives to attract the right tenants. You will negotiate leases, manage tenancy documentation, and build strong landlord-tenant relationships while monitoring the leasing department's budget and performance.

Competenze

• Degree in Real Estate/Building Management/Marketing or related discipline with 5+ years' leasing experience in retail.
• Strong negotiation skills with knowledge of tenancy agreements.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities.
• Well organized, meticulous and highly numerate.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

• Perform market research and analysis to identify, prospect and secure new market segments
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract the right tenants to the property
• Negotiate leases and attend to tenancy-related matters.
• Plan, establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships
• Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing department
• Responsible for all aspects of lease management
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate/Building Management/Marketing or related discipline, with at least 5 years’ experience in the leasing function in a retail real estate industry
• Strong negotiation skills and have working knowledge of the tenancy agreement process and documentation
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Well organized, meticulous and highly numerate
• Highly motivated, resourceful, positive and proactive, and with these traits, thrive on challenges and time pressures
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment
