You will source tenants such as retail brands, F&B operators, and commercial businesses, manage negotiations and tenancy agreements, and collaborate with property management, marketing, and operations teams to drive performance.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or diploma in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Experience in retail/commercial leasing is advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Source, identify, and secure prospective tenants including retail brands, F&B operators, and commercial businesses.
• Manage the full leasing process, from prospecting and conducting site viewings to negotiation and execution of tenancy agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property agents, and business partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify leasing trends and opportunities.
• Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, and other commercial conditions in line with the development's leasing objectives.
• Monitor lease expiries and follow up on tenancy renewals.
• Work closely with the property management, marketing, and operations teams to support the development's overall performance.
• Maintain accurate leasing records, reports, and documentation.
