Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD is seeking a Retail Leasing professional to support a Singapore-based mall portfolio. You will develop leasing strategies, secure new tenants, manage renewals, and maximise occupancy and rental income across the portfolio.

You will conduct market research, monitor performance, prepare reports for management, and maintain strong relationships with retailers. A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related fields and at least 3 years of retail leasing experience are

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant retail leasing experience, preferably in shopping malls or a landlord/REIT environment.
• Good understanding of retail leasing processes, lease negotiations and tenancy management.
• Established retailer contacts or the ability to develop and maintain retailer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to improve occupancy rates and rental income across the retail portfolio.
• Manage new and existing tenancies, including lease negotiations, renewals and tenancy-related matters.
• Identify prospective tenants and new business opportunities to strengthen the retail tenant mix.
• Conduct market research on competing properties, rental benchmarks and occupancy costs to support leasing decisions.

They are seeking a Retail Leasing professional to support the leasing strategy and performance of their retail portfolio, with a focus on securing new tenants, managing existing tenancies and maximising occupancy and rental income.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of relevant retail leasing experience, preferably in shopping malls or a landlord/REIT environment.
• Good understanding of retail leasing processes, lease negotiations and tenancy management.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify and secure prospective tenants.
• Established retailer contacts or the ability to develop and maintain retailer relationships.
• Good analytical, negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• A proactive team player who can work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• EAA/RES certification, if required for the specific duties of the role.
