Qualifications & experience

• Candidate must possess at least ITE / Diploma in C&S Engineering.
• Applicants must have a minimum 2 years of working experience in a Singapore Consultancy firm for the Junior position, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience for Senior position.
• Committed and able to work as a team.
• Candidates shall have relevant experience in Singapore consultant firm, preparing and drafting structural plan using AutoCAD and Revit.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Good understanding in drawings and able to conceptualise what details are necessary for a complete set of drawings.
• Reasonably knowledgeable and experienced in BIM tools including but not limited to Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• To produce multi-disciplinary BIM models in a timely manner and with quality.
• Reasonably capable in doing multi-disciplinary modelling; expected to be at least well-versed in doing structure modelling.
• To highlight model / drawing discrepancies, missing information or potential issues to Project Manager.
• Able to propose solutions to the discrepancies.
• Assist in preparation of BIM documentation such as RFI, sheets, schedules, 3D presentation, report, drawing list, tracking list, chronological order of events and time sheet.
• Assist in the initial setup of BIM projects, including but not limited to project template, Revit family library, title block, CDE and workflows.
• Assist in development of BIM standards, protocol and library.
• To support collaborations with project architects, engineers, clients, consultants and contractors in terms of BIM implementation.
