Job summary

Matchtech seeks a proactive IT professional to provide hands-on support for our Singapore office (c.10 users) and remote support for the UK team. You will troubleshoot desktop issues to complex infrastructure, design scalable solutions, and work with the IT team to continuously improve our environment.

The role includes occasional international travel, out-of-hours rota participation, and opportunities to work across a diverse technology stack.

Qualifications

VIP face-to-face IT support.
Windows Server 2012-2025, Exchange SE & Exchange Online.
DNS, DHCP, GPO, LAN/WAN, VPN, networking.
PowerShell scripting and a passion for automation.
AV support and cable management.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
Patch management.
Bloomberg and Reuters support experience.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on IT support for c.10 users in Singapore and remote support for UK team.
Troubleshoot desktop issues and complex infrastructure challenges.
Design scalable technical solutions and automations.
Collaborate with the IT team to continuously improve the environment.
